Mobile Roll Forming

No task is too big or too small. Aluform assumes complete project management for the production and assembly of aluminium facade, roof and ceiling elements worldwide. Mobile roll forming is mainly used with larger quantities or with profiled panels over 15 m in length.

For this purpose, the roll formers and the aluminium coils are delivered to the construction site, where the roll forming of the profiled panels can be done directly on-site. The applied narrow strip roll former proves ideal for mobile roll forming on construction sites, and significantly reduces expensive transportation costs of overly long profiled panels.

With our mobile roll former, we can produce aluminium seam profiles in different thicknesses - flexibly and directly on-site. This service is complemented by a mobile expanding machine (circular form bending) used on Alufalz® and Aludeck® profiled panels.
